Wagging Tail Foundation, Inc. seeks to raise funds that will enable anyone in the United States with limited monetary resources to own and care for a dog during its entire lifetime. Wagging Tail will assume all veterinary, food, medical, and hygiene costs, as well as any reasonable pet shop fees necessary to maintain the dog's general well-being, quality of life, and happiness.
